About Leader Of Divine Marketing Properties

Felicia Danielle Okai is a renowned Chartered Marketer with 27 years experience in both the Product and Service Industries. She is an experienced Marketing Lecturer and member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (Ghana and United Kingdom).

Having worked with Fanmilk Ghana Limited, Donewell Insurance Company and Data Link University College (few to mention) she decided to move to the Real Estate Industry in 2012 as a Real Estate Agency named Divine Marketing Properties.

To be abreast with the dynamics of the industry she endowed herself in various training and seminars , the current one being Certified Professional Building Inspection Course. (CPBIT) to ensure prospective home buyers anticipate future costs due to construction defects, detect hidden problems and evaluate conditions of a property before purchase.

Felicia Danielle Okai is a member of both GREPA (Ghana Real Estate & Professionals Association) and GAREB (Ghana Real Estate Brokers) for both international and local recognition respectively. Her professional interaction with colleagues in the industry (not withstanding the fact that Agency work is Network Business) made GAREB honour her with below Certificate of Recognition.

At Divine Marketing Properties detailed agreement between Property Owners & Prospective Buyers are adhered to; coupled with due diligence for properties are is our Hallmark.Integrity, Patience & Transparency is at par with Divine Marketing Properties.
